So you like my remote control ?

So you like my remote control ? Want one your self like this one ? Click here now to be took to an item on EBay which is active for the next 4 days or until stocks have run out. When you order it mention my site and you will get £1 off the price which includes free delivery to the UK and Europe. Its a very similar remote which opens up to show a full QWERTY keyboard and in theory it should work with the likes or Girder or uICE. I have ordered one just in case I can not get the current one working. Inbuilt is a universal remote so it can change the basic infrared commands.

The contrast skin has already been ported over to another CarPC application. Although its not fully complete the APX Media Player is looking very sharp indeed. The Infrared sensor arrived this weekend. Although I had a few hardware conflict problems I managed to get over them and with the help of uICE I was able to get some functions working. Its still not brilliant and I do have to go through all of the buttons yet but given time it will be done. It is not a major part of the system so will not stop it been installed.

I also met up with Angus from Routeplanners.co.uk who supplied Destinator to me. After a slight mess up by the manufactures he brought the new copy to my self personally when he was passing on the M6. We had a quick chat and he talked about my self possibly been able to test a new GPS Data logger that he has on the way. It would be useful for people who may want to record where they have been in the last 15 hours possibly for expenses - in the UK we need that information for certain aspects of taxation.
