Welcome to my Isle of Man web site. The Island has always held a fascination for me as I live in one of the port towns serving it as well as having a certain charm of a whole community been in the middle of the Irish Sea.

When I got the chance to visit the Island a while ago I fell in love with the idea of actually living there my self.... and so the interest in finding all about it started. The Isle of Man has a fascinating history relating to at first the Vikings and then to its own independence ( for those that don't know the IOM has its own government although it is still ruled by the Queen ).

With this web site I've tried to find the best resources and information including some fantastic live web cameras for you to use and added my own spin and hopefully you too will agree with me that this is just one of those special places in the world.
