You can change the screen appearance in the destinator.inf file. The screen size and keyboard size can be configured on the lines that 
start with ::D;

//::D,240,320,639
//::D,640,480,660
::D,1024,768,660

The first two parameter are the screen width and height. The last 
param is the width of the OSK. When this value is less than 640, it 
won't appear.
